A&A Group is a family-owned company with over thirty years of experience. We are a reputable firm employing over a hundred people in Łódź, Pabianice, Częstochowa, and Niemodlin. Operating in multiple industries, we maintain a stable market position. Within the A&A Group, our largest business scale is in the commercial real estate industry. We specialize in professional property management and leasing of premises that we own.
We are also deeply involved in the jewelry industry. The founders of the company, Mr. and Mrs. Anna and Arkadiusz Majsterek, are certified jewelers who opened the first A&A jewelry salons in the early 90s. Currently, we have a network of jewelry salons under the brand “A&A Jewelers House” and our own jewelry workshop, where we craft unique jewelry by hand. Trust, loyalty, and partnership are our core values.
The A&A Group consists of companies operating in the real estate, jewelry, and energy sectors. In our portfolio, we manage over 250,000 square meters of office and service properties, including the CoSpot coworking space, our first investment – the Tkalnia Pabianice Shopping Center, as well as production and warehouse halls.
We are continuously working on ambitious projects. As co-owners of the Manufaktura complex, we are transforming the historic Cotton Warehouse into one of the most environmentally friendly and modern mixed-use facilities in Central and Eastern Europe.

For over 30 years, A&A Holding has been managing one of the largest portfolios of commercial real estate in central Poland.
A&A Holding’s assets include nearly a quarter of a million square meters, encompassing more than 20 properties, including office buildings, the modern CoSpot coworking office, the Tkalnia Pabianice Shopping Center, and warehouse-production halls. A&A Holding has been honored twice with the prestigious Gazele Biznesu award.
Cotton Warehouse
The Cotton Warehouse is a mixed-use development with a class “A+” office space covering an area of 8,500 square meters, combined with a carefully curated selection of services spanning 3,860 square meters. The building is certified under the BREEAM Outstanding standard, reflecting its high sustainability and environmental performance.
Tkalnia Pabianice Shopping Center
The Tkalnia Pabianice Shopping Center is located in the heart of Pabianice, surrounded by densely populated neighborhoods, situated between the A&A Arkadia Golf Field and Słowacki Park. This unique project transforms the revitalized buildings of the former Krusche & Ender textile factory into a vibrant public space. Tkalnia serves as a place for gatherings, relaxation, and hosts the largest events in Pabianice.
A&A Jewelers House
A&A Jewelers House is a brand recognized not only in Łódź but beyond. In their portfolio, they have, among others, the “Golden Ring of the Honorary Citizen of the City of Łódź,” which was made for Pope John Paul II, a gold pendant with topaz admired on the neck of Otylia Jędrzejczak, or a golden music note with a diamond, belonging to Andrea Bocelli. Currently, they offer several thousand pieces of jewelry art in their online store and physical showrooms.
The Łódź Palace
This beautiful building was erected in 1912 as the residence of Karol Pruss, a renowned Łódź industrialist known for owning a factory that produced boxes. After being restored to its former glory, it has now been transformed into a hotel with unique accommodations and exquisite decor.
